NinjaSwap provides a cryptocurrency exchange platform that allows users to convert one cryptocurrency to another. We act as an intermediary facilitating the exchange of digital assets between users without taking custody of their funds for extended periods.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for additional security.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us, and that you are not prohibited from receiving our services under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Exchange Process

4.1. Exchange orders are executed automatically at the rate displayed at the time of transaction confirmation.

4.2. Transaction times may vary depending on blockchain network conditions.

4.3. You are solely responsible for entering the correct receiving address. We cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.

4.4. Network fees are included in the exchange rate calculation.

5. Exchange Rates

5.1. We offer two types of exchange rates:

• Fixed Rate: The exchange rate is locked at the time of transaction confirmation.
• Float Rate: The exchange rate fluctuates based on market conditions and is finalized when the transaction is processed.

5.2. We reserve the right to decline orders during periods of extreme market volatility.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any illegal purposes, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or technological protection measures.
• Use our platform to exchange cryptocurrencies that have been obtained through illegal means.
• Attempt to manipulate exchange rates or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff.

7. Privacy Policy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NinjaSwap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our service.
• Delays or disruptions in our services.
• Viruses or other malicious software obtained by accessing our services.
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
• Blockchain network issues or third-party services.
